The apartment features:
3 bedrooms (one is a master bedroom with the bathroom with bathtub)
2 bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub)
A spacious living room
An open kitchen and dining area
A lovely veranda terrace
2 parking spaces (one outside and one inside)
Washer and dryer
Dining table can be extended to fir 12 people
Location: Walking distance 3 min to Main Building, 7 min to AC, 2 min to Denner.
Electricity, water and heating are included in the rent.
3 months deposit but there is no swiss guarantee needed.
The monthy rent is 3100chf
Extra fee for the furniture, this include everything in the apartment (furniture, kitchen equipment, cleaning supplies)
